Job Title: Body Restoration Assistant- Front Desk
Location: Hutchinson, KS

The Role

As a Body Restoration Assistant, you help keep the shop running smoothly and support clients as they move through restoration and recovery services.

You are part guide, part support crew, part quality-control—making sure each client experience feels calm, professional, and intentional.

What You’ll Do

Client Support & Flow

• Welcome clients and guide them through their sessions

• Explain equipment and protocols in a clear, confident, non-salesy way

• Help clients feel comfortable using advanced restoration technology

Shop & Equipment Care

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional environment

• Reset rooms and equipment between clients

• Handle laundry and restocking of supplies

• Help protect equipment by following proper procedures

Daily Operations

• Open and close the facility according to checklist

• Assist with check-in, scheduling, and transactions

• Communicate with the team to keep the day running efficiently
